My gosh is it 20 years now for USK? They have consistently been one of our favourite Canadian bands and Mike Diabo is a guitar genius – up there in our opinion with the Davie Allans, Dick dale, Nokie, etc. Class act. Penguin or Robot? was produced by Mellotones guitarist Brad Conrad, and has a bonus for those who don’t own turntables, a download card with 4 extra tracks from the EP recordings. Music is, by the way, high twanging excellence, title track is soaring stuff and the other tunes surf along beautifully.
